Admission to VIET

Procedure for admission

(i).    All candidates for admission to AMIE/AMAeSI programmes must submit their application to the Institute in

         the  prescribed form as per the guidelines notified by the Institute.

(ii)     Candidates shall be required to present themselves for interview before a selection committee.

(iii)     The final selection of candidates shall be made by the selection committee on the basis of their performance 

          in the qualifying examination and interview.

(iv)     If you selected by the selection committee you will be given the intimation for the date by which you have to 

          join the institute. 

         How to apply

(i).      Application form along with prospectus will be available at the Institution counter on payment of Rs.500/-

          from 1st May 2008 or by sending DD of Rs.550/- in favour of , The Director,VIET payable at SBT

          Mattakara.

(ii).     The duly filled in application form should reach The Director,Visveswaraya Institute of Engineering

          Technology,Karimpani PO,Mattakara,Kottayam-686564.

(iii).     Attested copies of the certificates of the qualifying examinations must be submitted along with the

           application form.

(iv).     Seperate application form should be submitted for each programme.
